Great Staff Great location but needs touchup
The location next to the bus stand was very convenient and was also a 5 minute walk from Panjim's historic quarter. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the wait staff and managers were very polite and helpful. In fact they even went out of their way to remember my order of a masala omelet with mushrooms [though not on the menu] and when not possible informed me so. I felt cared for. Even the HK boy Ashaf was a gem. Not only did he understand my needs but also tried his best to make me comfortable. Will always remember his smile as well as the Konkan girl [Supervisor] and the Asamese boy [Rai] at the front desk. I love how they tuned their professionalism to my nature and i felt we became friends. You must try the spa on the 7th floor and definitely the Balinese Massage. The girls over there are very hardworking and good at their job. On the last day when i had to leave it poured like crazy and I had already checked out but due to some work i stepped out of the hotel and got drenched, the hotel staff went out of their way to not only provide me with a towel to wipe myself but also a bag to keep my wet soiled clothes. The staff are truly fantastic and worthy of their qualifications.
Hotel: There is no proper signage of this hotel from the street and online was telling me that this hotel had closed down when in reality it was because they detached their name from Radisson [i got to know on check in]. This created a negative start as i went in circles with my bag to find an otherwise unmissable hotel. From the day i arrived to the day i left [1 week] the lobby, corridors and breakfast area air conditioning was not working and in the summer heat it was a bit unbearable. At least in the restaurant they offered to give me a private fan. However when I complained at the reception on the last day about this I felt bad that they only had 1 fan for the staff and that was unplugged to give me. The lobby chairs are few and considering personal space it doesn't take much to fill it and make others feels awkward. The lobby needs fumigation for cockroaches and the carpet needs to be changed as it is very old. Also the staff do not speak much of English, mainly Hindi. Please note Room: The bed was way too soft and ended up giving me a backache. A bed board should at least be placed in the closet so that it can be placed under the mattress to give a more firmer support and a better sleep. There should be a niche to place the soap during use in the shower. This was very inconvenient. Also a bathmat outside the shower as people can easily slip on the smooth marble when wet. Restaurant: Though I loved the ambiance and service, I was surprised with the distasteful selection of music offered by the hotel. The TV screen just showcased punjabi / north indian songs [guessed catering to their audience] but not when their videos showcase male chauvinism and women being objectified that too in a family restaurant and this was done the whole day.

Breakfast was good.
Bathroom was stinky and in very poor condition. Even public toilets are better than that. And it’s not chain of Radisson as it’s showing on several online platforms. It’s an anonymous property.
